:: What is the expiration date?
Our stock of items refreshes constantly so the expiration date of the product currently on the shelf may be different than the expiration date of the product shipped to you. Fresh product is always guaranteed.
:: Will this product work on my pet?
We hope so! But unfortunately, there is no way for us to guaranty the effectiveness of any particular product on your pet. We are happy to advise you about what a product is intended for, how it works, and manufacturer specs, but to get the best advice on whether a product is appropriate for your pet you should speak with your veterinarian.
:: How do I check the shipping status on my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes a label number. You may go to USPS.com to input your label number into the "track & confirm" search box. Please keep in mind that oftentimes, the label number is a "Delivery Confirmation" number and may not be scanned by the postal service until it is delivered. If the "track & confirm" information shows a label was created and the postal service has been notified to expect the package for shipment, you can be assured your item is on its way.
